My Process on making your Memory Keepsakes

TURNAROUND TIME: 2-4 WEEKS
Pick garments that hold special memories—baby clothes, uniforms, sports jerseys, etc.
Prepare for Drop-off or Pick-up
You can:
Drop off your clothes personally at Damac Hills 2, Dubai, or
Request courier pickup for free
If shipping:
I’ll schedule a pickup on your preferred day.
You'll receive a reference number to print and tape onto the bag or box.(If you can't print, just write it clearly.)
I’ll receive your parcel the next working day and will update you once it arrives.
Clothing Notes and Requests
If you have a specific vision, please attach a note to each item of clothing with your design request (e.g., “use this for arms,” “use this for ears”).
If no requests are provided, I will carefully choose how to use the clothes based on:
The size of the design on the fabric (larger prints go on bigger body parts like the belly or back; small prints on ears or arms)
Color balance and overall layout for a beautiful finish
Personalization (Optional)
Want to add embroidery such as a name, birth date, or message?
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
✅ The text to embroider
🎨 Your choice of thread color
🧵 The item of clothing you’d like it embroidered on
🔠 Preferred font style
Once I have this info, I’ll send you a digital preview of the embroidery layout for your approval before sewing begins.
Creating Your Keepsake
After all details are confirmed:
I’ll start carefully crafting your keepsake bear or animal.
Every piece is sewn with great care, making each keepsake truly one of a kind.
Completion & Delivery
Once done:
I’ll carefully package your keepsake with a care card included.
You’ll receive it via courier or personal pickup or delivery. (depending on your choice)
