When you send in your clothing for a keepsake, it typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete the project.

How to Send Your Clothes

You can choose from two convenient options for sending in your clothes:

Drop-off: Bring your clothing directly to Damac Hills 2, Dubai.
Courier pickup: Request a free pickup from your location.

If You Choose Shipping

I will arrange a pickup for your package on a day that works for you.
You'll get a reference number that you need to print and tape onto your bag or box. If printing isn’t possible, just write it down clearly.
I will receive your parcel the next working day and will notify you as soon as it arrives.

Adding Your Vision to the Keepsake

If you have a specific design in mind, please include a note with each item of clothing. For example, you can specify where certain pieces should be used, such as “use this for the arms” or “use this for the ears.”

When no requests are made, I will select the best parts of the fabric based on:

The size of the design on the fabric (larger prints go on bigger body parts like the belly or back; smaller prints on ears or arms).
Overall color balance and layout to create a stunning finish.

Custom Embroidery Options

Would you like to include embroidery, such as a name, birth date, or message? Here's what I will need from you:

✅ The text for embroidery.
🎨 Your choice of thread color.
🧵 The item of clothing for the embroidery.
🔠 Preferred font style.

Once you provide this information, I will send you a digital preview of the embroidery layout for approval before starting the sewing process.

Crafting Your Keepsake

After we confirm all details:

I will begin crafting your keepsake bear or animal with care. Each piece is sewn thoughtfully, ensuring that every keepsake is one-of-a-kind.

Delivery of Your Keepsake

Once completed:

I will package your keepsake carefully, including a care card with it.
You can either pick it up personally or have it delivered via courier, depending on your choice.
